Neha Bhavsar
Neha was born into a musical family. She started singing at the age of 5 and received formal training of Indian Classical Music from her father, Pt. Hareshchandra Bhavsar, disciple of Pt. Jasraj. Neha obtained the Sangeet Vishaarad degree from Bruhad Gujarat Sangeet Samiti in 1996, with six gold medals. Due to the versatility in her singing and her flexibility in adopting different styles of music, she has given many successful performances with well well-known musicians/singers throughout India, Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. Neha is successfully running a music school-“Sur Dhaara Music Academy” in Kitchener-Waterloo area where she provide quality learning of Indian music.
