Who can forget the lovable Sikh with colourful turbans making his way through American Idol and right into the hearts of American audience, Gurpreet Singh Sarin AKA Turbunator! As a student of Bachelor's in Computer and Information Science at the University of Maryland, Gurpreet hails from a musically talented family supporting his passion for singing, that led him to audition for Season 12 of American Idol, successfully making it to the Top 40 contestants. His love for Blues, Jazz, Soul, and R&B, mixed with Indian Classical Music, gives him a unique artistic style which stood out in the competition. Gurpreet will perform for Mosaic Audience medleys and songs that have made him such a darling of young crowds and will perform for the audience along with his very talented sister on main stage of Mosaic festival.
